Do I need any equipment?
Nope. I bring what we need. If you already have equipment at home, even better — we'll build around it.
What areas do you serve?
I train clients within a 25-mile radius of our home base. Not sure if you're in range? Text me — I'll check.
How long is a typical session?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. First sessions run closer to 75 to make time for the assessment.
What if I'm truly a beginner?
Beginners are my favorite. No experience required — just willingness to show up. We'll start exactly where you are.
