Hi, I'm Mike.

I've spent the last 10+ years coaching real people through real change. Not influencers. Not athletes with endless free time. Working parents, folks rebuilding after injury, first-timers nervous to even say the word "workout" — my favorite kind of client.

I started 2nd Wind Gym because I watched too many people give up on their health — not because they were lazy, but because the fitness industry made them feel like the problem. The truth? Most plans just aren't built for the life you actually live.

So I built a different kind of gym. One with no walls, no membership card, and no crowd. Just you, me, and a plan that bends to fit your week.
